Today I boarded my flight to Denver for an appearance on Good Day Colorado and realized its #wellnesswednesday. Sure, I’m the usual mid-week exhausted. Probably should have had more focus today but just got this bloom of brightness while waiting to take off that I’m kinda feeling pretty damn good. A week ago I got to spend 4th of July in the Hamptons with incredible friends.
The days following I explored various spots in Easthampton on hikes and bikes backed up by happy hours at Bay Kitchen and homemade dinners that lead to dance parties at Gabs. On my drive home I hit Quogue and revisited one of my favorite haunts when I was 22. I returned back to NYC and on a whim grabbed another home cooked dinner with Meg and her #hothusband alfresco on their gorgeous terrace. Again…I’m feeling very lucky…or blessed maybe? Last year was tough. The beginning of this year felt lethal with loss and now…I wake up and I am grateful even on a #Humpday. I’ve posted quite a bit on Arivale and I plan to post much more while on my journey to a healthier self. Genetic tests like Arivale are a lens into your ancestry and predispositions. Your DNA may reveal your origins but the results you get on your health leave room for changes or rather a transformation. You’re able to make the adjustments necessary to live your healthiest life ever with the direction from a dietician and coaching. A map to a better lifestyle, more positive outlook and all the confidence building blocks in between. Finally getting the owner’s manual to your vessel.
I’ll keep you posted on my journey. I’m anxiously awaiting my blood results and have yet to send off the gut microbiome sample (getting the guts literally) but will have it out this week.
If you want to learn more about Arivale just visit the website and if you decide to get on board with the comprehensive program, use my name in caps MICKEY in promo slot and you will receive 50% off your membership. Good luck on your #wellneswednesday and I hope you wake up healthier everyday to come. xo-Mick
