It’s August 1st—National Spritz Day 2025—and let’s be honest, celebrating isn’t hard when we already adore all things bubbly and Italian. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or winding down after work, a spritz is the perfect way to toast to summer. From the classic Aperol Spritz to a bold Disaronno Spritz and our fresh twist with Hampton Water Rosé, we’re sharing three easy, refreshing recipes that will keep your glass (and mood) sparkling. Hampton Bubbly Spritz
Ingredients:
3 oz Hampton Water Bubbly
2 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Club Soda
For Garnish: Grapefruit wedge
Directions:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Hampton Water Bubbly, followed by grapefruit juice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

The Classic Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. (9cl)
2 parts of Aperol (6cl)
1 splash of soda (3cl)
1 slide of orange
Directions:
Place ice cubes in a stemmed balloon glass.
Pour 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. (9 cl). Follow by pouring 2 parts of Aperol (6 cl), and 1 ounce of soda (3cl). Slice an orange and use it as a garnish.

Disaronno Spritz
Ingredients:
45 ml Disaronno
150 ml Soda or Sparkling Water
Fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Pour Disaronno over ice, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and top up with soda water. Stir and garnish with lemon zest.
